A short account of what I am focused on right now.
Work
I work as a DevOps Team Lead.
My current focus is Kubernetes and GitOps, operations automation, and reducing manual operational work. I am also developing engineering contracts and reproducible checks, using DocOps to preserve engineering knowledge, and strengthening engineering practices within the team.
AI and coding agents
I am interested not in code generation for its own sake, but in building a reliable process for working with coding agents and LLM tools.

- comparing cloud and local models on real engineering tasks
Personal projects
My main personal project is a property management request generator. It is a small product that I am actively developing and a practical testing ground for LLMs, coding agents, verifiable contracts, and the full cycle from idea to operation.

ashikov.ru is evolving as a public engineering knowledge base. I publish material while also improving the process around it: content rules, reproducible checks, publishing automation, and visual assets.
Outside of work
Outside work, my time goes to family, renovating our apartment, and my literary podcast, “Стихи на конденсате”.
