A small assistant that turns a description of a household problem into a short, structured request to a property management company.

The LLM must not invent facts. Regulatory modules provide verifiable context, the result is constrained by an explicit contract, and the project is checked with automated and browser tests.

A platform for a speech therapist’s practice. It simplifies publishing original speech-therapy materials, provides direct links to them from social media, and speeds up preparing materials and posts with AI.

The long-term goal is to sell original speech-therapy guides, presentations, and other digital materials. Services for students, including subscriptions and personalised features for authenticated users, are still plans. AI and engineering automation help prepare and publish materials, while the professional content remains under the specialist’s control.
