Tender Assistant

An internal tool for analyzing tender documents.

The project is built around the real workflow of a single specialist. The system helps find, verify, and compare information, but it does not make decisions on the user’s behalf.

An LLM is not treated as a source of truth: significant conclusions must be traceable to primary sources.

The project is currently in the domain research and MVP design phase. Internal documents, working data, and business logic details are not published.

Housing Requests Assistant

A working title for a practical assistant that helps people communicate with residential property management companies.

The project combines a tool for preparing clear, well-supported maintenance requests with a short course on submitting them effectively and following through.

The tool is intended to turn an everyday description of a housing problem into a structured request. The course will cover documenting the issue, writing and submitting the request, providing evidence, and tracking the outcome.

It will also explain what to do when the property management company does not respond or handles the work inadequately.

The goal is to make the process more approachable and help people move step by step from identifying a problem to verifying the result. The project is currently at an early stage of development.

DocOps

An approach that makes documentation part of the engineering workflow.

Documentation lives alongside the code, goes through reviews, and is updated together with the infrastructure.
